Onini Returns & Refund Policy – Hassle-Free & Worry-Free

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Window for Standard Items

  • Standard items (sports gear, multi-piece sets, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Health and personal care products

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

  • Verified defective or damaged items will be replaced or fully refunded.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are returned damaged, used, or missing parts not caused by Onini.

Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.

  • Contact support@oninishop.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping except for defective or wrong items.

  • For returns over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

  • Return shipping times may vary due to international transit.

Gifts

  • Gift returns receive a gift credit.

  • If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund goes to the gift giver.

US Customers

  • All shipments are tax & duty paid – no extra customs fees.
